• Additionally, Sunny Day Designs cuts each and every organic cotton baby hat in-house at our Madison, WI studio. Next, our small team of independent USA-based sewists sew the pieces into finished products!

• Believe it or not, we intentionally avoid creating large batches of our products because it helps us reduce product waste. Plus, it makes every Sunny Day Designs item feel extra special, since you won't see them on every baby in town!

• Finally, please keep in mind that slight variations in size and construction are part of this product's handmade charm.
