Shipping policy

We will do our best to ship your order out to you in a timely manner. We strive to ship all retail orders out between 1-3 days. However, since we are a small company, please understand that during busy times of the year - such as the holiday sales season - we may experience additional delays in shipping out product, depending on timing and demand.

We want our customers to be delighted with their entire shopping experience, including the way that their order was shipped. Because of that, we wrap all of our products using recycled tissue paper that is printed with Eco-friendly soy-based inks. We embellish each of our packages using coordinating 100% cotton baker's twine and recycled paper Sunny Day Designs logo stickers. We also use compostable clear cello bags to package multiple stickers, multiple magnets, and all of our art prints.

Preserving the environment is important to us. Because of that, we strive to minimally package as many products as we can in an effort to be as Eco-conscious as possible. All of the paper materials used for packaging are printed in the USA, sustainably sourced, and/or recycled. We use a combination of rigid and padded mailers to ship our products, most of which are made from recycled paper. When shipping out fabric items, we currently use water-resistant, recycled plastic bubble mailers that are made in the USA (in order to protect your fabric products from rain/snow). All wrapping paper purchases are shipped in durable, recycled paper boxes that are made in the USA.

Our default shipping partner for both domestic and international orders is USPS (United States Parcel Service). All orders include a tracking number. We also offer UPS shipping options if you prefer that over USPS.

Or, If you prefer to have your order shipped via FedEx, we can make that happen! Simply contact us before placing your order and let us know what you would like to purchase. However, please note that FedEx rates may be higher than our standard USPS or UPS shipping rates. 

Finally, as a 1-woman owned and operated small business (with a small team of part-time sewists and a part-time assistant) I work hard to fulfill all of my orders as quickly as is humanly possible...but please keep in mind that, as I am a small business, I can only do so much each day.
