Frequently Asked Questions:

When will my order ship out?

We ship all of our orders out as soon as we can.

However, we hope you understand that, as a 1-woman company, our shipping and processing times depend on the current volume of orders, in addition to other factors such as inventory and material availability.

Additionally, as a small batch brand that manufactures many of our own products, our goal is to prevent product waste from storing large amounts of inventory. As a result, some of our items are in stock and may be ready to ship out right away, while others may need to be cut and sewn on demand after you place your order.

We hope to ship your order out within 1-3 business days, but during peak sales times (such as the holiday season or times with an influx of orders) additional delays may result in order processing.

Our Holiday Shipping Deadline calendar will be released during the month of October.

If you have a question about your order timeline, please email shelley@sunnydayco.com for an update. We will do our best to reply within 24 hours (typically earlier).

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes! We will happily gift wrap your order for you.

The cost for adding gift wrapping to the items in your order is $4 per order.

To add gift wrap at checkout, simply select the gift wrapping option when placing your order. A charge of $4 will be added on to your total.

Your order will be wrapped up in our colorful yellow and white patterned tissue paper and topped with a coordinating bow and ribbon (yellow, white, or orange).


All Items Going To 1 Recipient:

If you would like all of the items in your order to be wrapped together and have the same gift message, only 1 "gift wrapping" fee is required per order (even if you purchase more than 1 item). Please add 1 "gift wrapping" fee during checkout and leave any order requests or comments in the notes box.


Multiple Items Going To Multiple Recipients:

If you would like each item to be wrapped separately or for the items in your order to have different gift messages for different recipients, please purchase the number of gift wrapping fees that corresponds to the number of separate gifts you would like to be wrapped. For example, if you are ordering 2 gifts that will need to be wrapped separately, please purchase 2 "gift wrapping" fees and add notes for 2 different gift messages if needed. Please also be sure to leave notes/gift messages in the comment box at checkout so that we know which items in your order correspond to each recipient.

How do I add a FREE gift message?

Please type your desired gift message into the Gift Message box on the product page before adding the item to your shopping cart.

There's absolutely no charge to add a short gift message to your order!

Please include the exact text that you would like for your custom gift message to the recipient.

Will my order arrive before Hanukkah?

Need your order to arrive before Hanukkah? No problem!

Please consult our 2024 Holiday shipping deadline calendar to ensure that the shipping option you select allows enough time for your package to arrive at the final destination on time.

Our Holiday Shipping Deadline calendar will be released during the month of October.

We do our best to ensure that all Hanukkah orders arrive on/by the 1st night of Hanukkah (in 2024, that is 12/25).

Please also note that the average processing times for us to ship out an order is between 1-3 days. When selecting the best shipping option for your order, please factor in processing time in addition to the time that it takes for your order to travel through the courier's shipping network.

After your package has been shipped and accepted by the courier, we are unable to control the amount of time that it takes to arrive.

Which countries do you ship to?

We are based in the USA, but we will happily ship to any country!

What is your return/exchange policy?

We gladly accept product returns/exchanges on unused, unwashed products in good condition.

Please consult our Return/Exchange Policy here for complete details on the accepted return/exchange time window, eligible products, information on our extended holiday return/exchange dates, and specifics about our return/exchange process.

Which couriers do you use?

Domestic Shipping:

For domestic-bound packages being shipped within the USA, our default shipping couriers are USPS and UPS. We offer a variety of shipping options from both of these couriers based on transit time and cost.

Customers who select our Standard shipping option (a FREE shipping option for all orders of $45 or more) should be aware that orders will be shipped out using a courier chosen at our own discretion (either USPS or UPS). All packages mailed using the Standard shipping option DO include a tracking number. Standard shipping is only available for domestic-bound packages.

We now provide our customers with the option to ship low quantities of stickers and magnets using an Economy shipping option. We are happy to be able to provide a more inexpensive option for shipping out these lightweight orders while still keeping them protected from damage. However, please note that orders shipped using our Economy shipping option DO NOT include a tracking number and will be shipped using USPS First Class Postage. Economy shipping is only available for domestic-bound packages.

International Shipping:

For international-bound packages (with delivery locations outside the USA), we use ship using USPS International postage options: (USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International, and USPS Priority Express International)

Where are your products made?

We're proud to say that ALL of Sunny Day Designs' products are made in the USA in small batches.

Many of our products are handmade in Madison, WI. Others are printed exclusively for us by our trusted USA production partners.

We design all of our prints and products at our design studio in Madison, Wisconsin.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! We offer most of our products on a wholesale basis.
