When it comes to printing, digital printing methods help reduce pollution, save water, and are much better for the environment. As an added bonus, printing our fabrics in the USA helps us reduce our carbon emissions!
- Additionally, Sunny Day Designs cuts each and every organic cotton baby hat in-house at our Madison, WI studio. Next, our small team of independent USA-based sewists sew the pieces into finished products!
- Believe it or not, we intentionally avoid creating large quantities of our products, since it reduces the amount of product waste. This also makes Sunny Day Designs products feel special, since you won't see them on every baby in town!

Wash/Care Instructions: Machine wash warm or cool on a gentle/delicate setting using a phosphate-free detergent. (Most detergents are now phosphate-free!) Please do not use extreme bleach or stain removal-type detergents, as they may affect the colors in the print.
